Orders can be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
